私どもは泥染めの色にこだわります。地域に貢献、奄美の環境保全にも努めます。
何度も何度も染めては絞り、泥に漬けては染め、独特の黒褐色を生み出す。創業当時から変わらぬ熱意でこの色を守っていきます。
肥後染色と本場奄美大島紬は車の両輪のように続いてきました。そして、次世代に伝わるような泥染めの新商品開発にも努めてまいります。
We are particular about the color of mud dyeing. We contribute to the local community and preserve the environment of Amami.
Dyeing and squeezing again and again, soaking and dyeing in mud to produce a unique blackish-brown color. We will preserve this color with the same enthusiasm that we have maintained since our founding.
Higo Dyeing and Honjo Amami Oshima Tsumugi have continued like the two wheels of a car. And we will continue to strive to develop new mud-dyed products that will be handed down to the next generation
